New Horizons' Supported Employment programs bring together employers and
qualified workers with disabilities.  For employers, it is a way to tap into the
productive potential of people with disabilities. For people with disabilities, it can
be the road to community integration and achieving vocational independence. 

We have two types of Supported Employment programs:

  • Individual Placement  
  • Group Placement

For Employers and Businesses – Supported employment can provide:
